The use of this site is governed by the terms & conditions as set out below. Please read them carefully. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Prices shown are in NZ dollars, are GST inclusive, and do not include shipping.

International orders will not have NZ Goods and Services Tax (12.5%) included in

the price of the items.

XPANZ Company Ltd accepts telephone and email orders, online and manual bank deposits; personal or business cheques; PayPal payments; and Visa or Mastercard. Ordered items will be shipped upon full payment, and when bank deposits or cheques are cleared. 

Every care will be taken to ensure items are packaged well when sent to the buyer. Any damage to goods from shipping, and received by purchaser, must be reported to the appropriate shipping firm, and to XPANZ Company Ltd straightaway.

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, it will be put on back order and you will be advised by email or phone of the expected delivery date. The product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping charges are not included in our product prices; vary by the destination, weight and size of the item; and are calculated prior to completing an order.

Please contact us for an exact quote as well as to place your order.

We use Nationwide Tracked NZ Post, Overnight Courier NZ Post, or Post Haste Couriers - please specify which shipping option desired. Expected delivery time in New Zealand depends on your location, but should be within 3 business working days. International postage (from NZ) is estimated on your chosen delivery method.

We reserve the right, at any time after the receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.

As our saddles are fully treeless and mould quickly to the horse and rider, all saddle sales are final, which means no returns. Ask to trial a demo to make sure that you and your horse are fully suited to using a treeless saddle.

RETURNS

Goods are meticulously inspected for quality and workmanship before they are shipped. All products are guaranteed for workmanship and construction.

Any product found to be defective upon receipt must be returned within 7 days.

XPANZ Company Limited is not responsible for damage of products from   horse-wear, or the inappropriate storage or careless use of a product.

Credit will be given only if item is unused; in new condition; in its original packaging with all labels intact; and a Return Authorisation has been issued - this must be obtained prior to an item being returned or credit will not be issued. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Return shipping is at buyer's preference, cost and risk. Tracked postage is highly

recommended.

Orders specifically shipped in for a customer (from one of our overseas suppliers) may not be returned.

DISCLAIMER

Horse riding (in all its disciplines) is very enjoyable, but can be a dangerous sport.   XPANZ Co. Ltd does not take any responsibility for accidents or injuries incurred by anyone, at any time, whilst using products purchased from this business or one of its authorized stockists.

All care at all times, and the wearing of safety gear where appropriate, is highly recommended.

XPANZ Company Limited retains the right to change the prices of its goods, and alter any of its TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time.
